1. Sand blasting method: Sand blasting is a high-speed rotation of the dynamic sandblasting blade of a high-power motor, so that abrasive materials such as steel sand, steel pellets, iron wire segments and minerals can be sandblasted on the surface of the steel tube under the effect of centrifugal force, which can not only completely remove rust, oxides and dirt, but also thoroughly remove them. In addition, spiral steel tube can reach the required uniform roughness under the effect of severe abrasive impact and friction force.
2. Pickling method: Usually with chemical and electrolytic two methods to do pickling disposal, pipeline anticorrosion only chemical pickling, can remove the oxide skin, rust, old coating, sometimes it can be used as sandblasting after the disposal. Although chemical cleaning can make the surface reach a certain degree of cleanliness and roughness, its anchor pattern is shallow and it is easy to pollute the environment.
3. Rust removal method: The main use of wire brush and other things to polish the surface of spiral steel tube, can remove loose or warped oxide skin, rust, welding slag, etc. Manual east and west derusting can reach Sa2 level, and dynamic east and west derusting can reach Sa3 level. If the spiral steel tube is attached to the surface of vigorous oxide sheet, the effect of east and west derusting is not ambitious, and the depth of anchor grain required for anticorrosion construction cannot be reached.
4. Cleaning method: solvent and emulsion are used to clean the surface of spiral steel tube to remove oil, grease, dust, lubricant and similar organic matter, but it cannot remove the rust, oxide skin and welding flux on the surface of spiral steel tube, so it is only used as auxiliary method in anticorrosion.
